Migro Danza is committed to a hybrid approach between contemporary dance and physical theatre. Our projects have been supported by various residency programs in the city of Valencia, including: Teatro Círculo Creation Grants, Graners de Creació, Espai la Granja Intermittent Residency, Sala Carme Teatre Residencies, and IVC Production and Residency Grants.
Our work “NARDO” won the 2023 IVC Performing Arts Award for Best Dancer. It also won the Carme'n'Dansa Competition at the Circuito Bucles Festival and Sala Carme Teatre in 2023. That same year, it was nominated for Outstanding Performer at the APDCV Awards.
The company has participated in various festivals such as Dansa Valencia, Circuito Bucles, Russafa Escénica, Abril en Dansa, Festival Prismática, Matarranya Intim, and MIM Sueca, among others.
In his latest production, “OUR FATHER,” Edu Migro continues to build upon the choreographic personality that characterizes his stage productions, with imposing soundscapes that intertwine in plays of images and breathtaking moments.
